On April 13, 2021, Becky Durham,
from "RE/MAX Realty"
was our Zoom guest, speaking and answering questions on "Inventory Insanity ... the Hudson housing market, and who is an I-Buyer anyway?"
Wow! She had excellent information to share. Even for those who aren't in the market at this time, there is much new info in today's real estate market, and there are many things of which we should be aware, especially ads you see on TV ~ might not be all they seem to be.

SUMMERTIME CHATS!
In June, the lawn of the historic Octagon House provided a lovely venue. July set the Chat at Weitkamp Park on a perfect summer evening, and in August, the Cracked Barrel Winery proved to be a great location.
With cookies and lemonade, the Summertime Chats proved to be a great way to get to know one another, share stories, laugh, and relax.
This photo was from the 3rd Summertime Chat at the Cracked Barrel Winery.
The Summertime Chats were a hit and will probably make a comeback next summer!
